What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact our clinical support team within 14 days for assistance.
Does Alpha-H test on animals?
No, Alpha-H is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we commission third parties to do so.
Can I use Alpha-H products during pregnancy?
While many of our products are safe, we recommend avoiding high-percentage Vitamin A (Retinol) and Salicylic Acid during pregnancy. Please consult with your physician before starting a new skincare regimen.
